What you're saying about the managers choosing how they want to distribute the 900 skill points is actually entailed in my suggestion that I put forth.

The ranking system you mentioned, I'm not familiar with. Could you explain a bit more as to how it takes into account they difficulty of your opponents and how it values the points won against each?

I will. Primary skills give more to performance than secondary ones. Anyway, no matter what the rules are, it would be glad to participate in such a tournament, so I'll try to prove my point ;)
