yep, they can get 30k salary as monoskiled players. Trees at Center pozition aint players for me, they are just trees. And ofcourse even 600 salary guy can start for a team, but will it be efficient?

You right, i just hate low potencial guys, cause they cap at worst time they can

I train 19 year old draftees as long as they have atleast lvl 7 potencial and i feel happy, dont feel any negative aspect, besides that they defitenely wont make to u-21 roster.

Allstar could be useful even in first division. In whole history in my regular squad I had only one player, who had Potential Score higher than 6,80 (allstar - high but not maximum), and no player who had Potential Score higher than 7,80 (perennial allstar).

3 balls potencial player caps very fast and is only usable at 5 or 4 division, while 4 balls potencial 19 years old defitenely wont make u-21 team, but can be very good trainee for your own team. If he has a good height id go for 19year old one.

Let's not confuse 3 balls potential with real potential. 3 ball potential is star or allstar and those potentials are easily trained for 2 seasons - allstar even 3 or 3,5 seasons until capped...

Hey guys, I just wanted to update you: I wanted to get the 18 year old PF as my first pick but he was selected by another team, so i got the 5/4 A+ 19 year old. I'm a little disappointed though... Which one would you take?

18 year old PF 6'10" Star potential who has a 5.5k salary

or him:

Weekly salary: $ 4 762
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 19
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: pitiful
Driving: average Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: atrocious

The stamina is atrocious, free throws suck, handling is pitiful, inside shot and inside D both aren't good.... I dont think theres any way i can make this dude an SF and i dont want to train him as a guard because of his height sooo...... what do you think?

Train, Sell, or Fire?

As u suggested he would be a bad trainee. Might as well try selling him. I wouldn't expect anything/much though.
