You show me the Training speed for ID..And YES, one position training in ID gets you a pop on an 18 yr old in 1 to 2 weeks...Show me the training speed for 1 on 1 if you want to talk about driving.. Peace

3.take a look at this game:
this is a game I played after taking control of my team for just 5 weeks.
Tell me how is it possible to get those ratings in just 5 weeks without having an extremely deep knowledge of this game...

You use a game where you lost using a CT vs opponent's TIE as an example of your epic skills?

Someone should say to some people:get a room! or something

resuming so the people who needs help doesnt get confused, theres a drop of speed in training, much more likely its not linear so the older a player gets the higher is the drop, that why people start training players with 18 or 19 years

maybe a lot of high level trainers would agree that if the player is really good with 24 or even 25 you can give him some training, but the general assumption is that from 18-21 are the best years with just a little drop, but to crate a really good player training till 23 is very comum and not painful if the potential was not reached

The assumption that training at 23 yo is half effective is really far from the truth, and just to remember:no one here is a BB,so when talking about training speed no one can prove almost anything.

3/16/2010 is approximately the date you started playing, which is about 2 months ago.
2 months = 8 to 10 weeks approximately.

Now how many weeks out of these 8 to 10 weeks did you train ID with a level 4 or higher trainer and with a 19 year old or younger trainee? I'm guessing that you didn't train it much.

So how do you know with such certainty that Inside Defence doesn't train driving?

Just for the record, I am not saying that it does train driving, I just want to know why, given your limited experience, you seem to be 100% sure that Inside Defence doesn't train driving at all.

i think players should be awarded for continuous training. this game needs to add in another factor in addition to the decline in ages. so someone who has been training for 3 seasons straight should be training faster than a new 21 yr old trainee.

"And donnt you think it really does not make sense to improve in DR while training ID ??"

Like I said, I wasn't saying that it does train driving, to be honest I haven't trained ID for 10+ weeks in a row on the same player so I don't know if it trains driving or not.

Hopefully it does train driving :P Because I am training a Center this season and the more training the better :D

okay cheesy cakes, i didnt even read the last 10 posts, but i bet theres nothing but arguing without any reason. so ill give this example in training. I train OD ( outside defence) for a 18year old and 24 year old ( actually i train also a 27 year old too, but i will only compare those 2). the 18 year old takes me like 3 weeks to get an up, because hes a big man ( gonna be an sf) with 206cm, the 24 year old is 188cm and also takes 3weeks to get a pop. So even if my younling was 20cm smaller, i think it would only save me max a week to get a pop ( actually i think that even too much, it would be 2 pops in į weeks) so training a 24year old isnt that bad, especially if he already has quite high skills... I will also try to check how many weeks do i need to get a 27 OD pop ( had already 1 this season, pretty soon it will come) and tell you here. But! dont forget, there are many things that depends on how fast a player gets a pop, like not losing his minutes, the level of coach ( mine's 6), hes height and his other skills.
