I think that might be the main reason why some people think the drafts are getting worse. We can't see the skills, only potential and price and now prices all look 20-40% lower than they used to be. I just did the scouting for this season's Slovenian trainees and I was a bit disappointed. Out of 577 teams there are only 12 HoFs and 19 MVPs. There are 132 players with at least 3.5k salary and allstar potential. 132, really? Out of 1731 players? That's 7,6%. I expected more.
