Just found that game, I take back the comment, BC Torooo was the much better team & only won by 16.

I usually play LI and never thought seriously about trying LP...I'm doing ok with LI and i always loo for my bigs to be, al least, decent passers...That's not the case, however, with my best center who made his first carreer assist last week, after 1 and 1/2 seasons...:). Interesting point when someone stated above that passing is far more important in LP than LI...
Not throwing any new idea to this thread...just want to share that i'm learning a bit more from this game with this debate...

for teams playing LI, what defensive tactic do u think is the best? the obvious 2-3 or is there another smart tactic people use?

playing a slower pace offensively allows my team to play with more energy defensively over the course of a game. it also helps my players maintain stamina levels over the course of a season.

i am not totally sure, that there isn't a really really small better defence with slower paced tactics, but it don't affect the stamina drops the only things was made an impact there is fitness speciality of the trainer.
