excuse me for my message.

Seeing as your such a tactical genius, you probably should of tactically thought about something to do today that didn't make you seem so arrogant!

do not be discouraged.

Yes, quite a shock that your SG in proficient GS would lead your team in scoring in a Run and Gun offense. Never thought that would happen.

He was lined up against my SG who in 10 fewer minutes had better shooting %, free throw %, much better 3 point %, more rebounds, more assists, less turnovers, and a higher rating by 2.5 points. Your guy certainly confronted him well ;-) If he wasn't in foul trouble the whole first half, the game would've been a lot different because he was on fire.

It's fine that you beat us, congratulations on doing so. You were 1 second from losing. We're extremely even teams. You won because you hit 50% of your threes and we only hit 25%, and my guards got in early foul trouble and we couldn't recover. Oh well. Good luck the rest of the way.

As expected, we got smoked by Taiwan, 117-81. Here's the box score: (11262). The final week of pool play will be quite interesting though.

We take on the powerhouse undefeated Philippines. They've already clinched first place so at least they'll be TIE'ing. Taiwan and Malaysia are each 3-2 and will likely advance. Now here's the fun part. NZ and Kazakhstan are 2-3, and India is finished at 2-4. We have a +67 point differential on Kazakhstan (who plays Taiwan). However we only have a +11 differential on India.

So our scenarios to advance:
- Beat the Philippines (ha!)
- We lose by less than 11 points and Kazak loses to Taiwan

So it'll be very tough. It would be annoying to lose on point differential considering our close losses and also since we beat India, but it is what it is. I actually expect Kazak to win since they'll certainly CT and Taiwan will likely TIE. That would eliminate us unless we somehow beat the Philippines. So say a little prayer for the NT next Monday!

I received a BB-mail from Jonathan Bedenham's owner saying he's pretty sure he'll be selling him in the near future. So if anyone's interested, let him know. Here's his player info: (8205437)

$97k salary but with superstar potential and only being 23, he can definitely be trained for a while still. And since he's a top Kiwi NT center, you'll be getting lots of extra merchandise income. Just letting you all know.

Purchased from Vidamor for $ 216 600

Think he would be sold for a little more than that these days. Would love him on my roster but would be bad for the NT as he wouldn't get any training, so I'll leave him alone :P

He's not getting any training from his Aussie manager right now anyway, so I wouldn't notice any difference But obviously I selfishly want him to go to an inside trainer!
