"you'll end up overpaying, IF YOU IGNORE YOUR STAFF" nga diba? ang sistema dito, bibili ka ng staff tapos kailangan mo na siya palitan pag mataas na masyado yung salary na hinihingi niya.mas matagal na staff, mas sobrang taas ang sweldo. so ingat ingat tayong lahat sa desisyon natin sa staff
