4) To answer another question that has been raised on here, staff salaries do not go up indefinitely, as it would make no sense for a level 2 staff member to eventually be making $100k/week. So if you really ignore your staff, you'll end up overpaying by a decent factor, but if you're willing to pay higher prices, you can keep a staff member forever and opt out of the system in that way, too.

it means na oo nga, weekly ang angat ng staff salary, pero it doesn't mean na mas matagal na staf, mas tataas ang sweldo. hindi din pwedeng malagpasan ang staff salary range ng isang lvl 5 trainer ang staff salary range ng isang level 6-7 trainer... buti nabasa ko to sa thread n yun... kasi eto din ung isa ko pang inaalala...



ang sinasabi ni charles dito, pwede malagpasan ng level 2 staff ang level 6-7 staff sa salary.. "you'll end up overpaying, IF YOU IGNORE YOUR STAFF" nga diba? ang sistema dito, bibili ka ng staff tapos kailangan mo na siya palitan pag mataas na masyado yung salary na hinihingi niya.

mas matagal na staff, mas sobrang taas ang sweldo. so ingat ingat tayong lahat sa desisyon natin sa staff

...overpaying by a decent factor... it means na hindi buong salary ang iaangat...

it's better this way...

aangat pero to a certain percentage lang ang iaangat... hindi din ung gradual ang angat...

kung aangat man, to the point na matagal na matagal pa bago nya maabutan ang salary range ng isang level six or seven n trainer, mas lalo kung matagal nang nasa payroll ung trainer lvl 6-7...

Mga sir, would that mean na may hangganan ang paghingi ng staff ng salary increase?... sa tingin ko nga may ceiling nman cguro bawat level ng staff kaya hindi mag blown out of proportion ang salary nya, unreasonable nga kung aabutan ng level 2 staff ang lvl 6-7 IMO

Para sa mga teams na wala pera, (tulad ko) wala na pagasa makakuha ng Lv. 5-7 na staff. Tiis muna sa existing staff.

ok na bumili ng staff ngayon...medyo stable na ang supply nila...nakabili ako ng 2 level 5 for $500K...

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...tapos wala na...
