Training is late in Germany - only 20 minutes up until now, but is it delayed anywhere else? Just to know how long I'll have to wait today

Hey, suggestion + question. Is it hard to get notify to front page etc " training is bit late" or something to tell straight to managers this, so we dont need to check every week bug forums?

And put there about how long delay is?
