How are you getting so many in D.IV?

The higher in D.IV you get, the more bot teams there are, so there are less prospects. So, IV.1 and IV.2 will have more human controlled teams and therefore more prospects than IV.63 and IV.64

It looks like divison IV is running out of populated leagues earlier than previous seasons (which makes sense, as the user total in Canada is slightly lower right now than at draft time in recent seasons).

I think I'll do IV.25 - IV.60 now, and slog through all of the mostly empty leagues and see what's in there.

Thanks for all the help everyone. :)

It looks like we are pretty much done with the scouting. There are a few loose ends to mop up, but I can take care of those. You know, I'll just grab a mop, and whack my monitor with it until all the relevant player skill information gets knocked into a spreadsheet. Or something like that.
