You are quoting a general message from BBs, which only proves that JS is important. Did I say it is not? Nope, as a matter of fact, I also suggest OP to have at least 2/5 of the team with good JS per position.
Yes, and this proves that JS is more important then HA, DR, IS on PG SG SF, on PF they are in the primary selection (IS and JS), and just on the C position IS is better then JS. You may not like it but it's written like that.
In the end, my advice is not to sacrifice JS to train more other skills they are secondary or tertiary. That's all. Ofc all of those skills are important, and he should rather have players with those skills balanced, then sacrifice JS to have some other skill more pumped then others, that's it.
