i believe both is same important, rebounding and passing are skill you need everytime and with a good passing SF you could play every offense and a good rebounding ySF you can utilisize in every game.

I disagree. I had a SF with very low REB and that killed me in quite some games. The rebound matchup on the 3 does count a lot.
It's quite easy to train, that's another positive aspect. On the other hand, it counts heavily on the potential and salary.
That's the big advantage with passing. It hardly has any impact on both. The big problem is, that it's pretty difficult to train for a player other than a guard as you'd have to play out of position a lot.

this is my trainee. I plan to train JR up to strong and then some one on one this season. Next season I will do full season of ID until he caps. Do you think I can get him 3 pops in JR, 2 in DR and HN, one in IS and then 3-4 in ID wihtout capping, or that is impossibe? It sucks he is allstar only :/

Using Josef Ka's formula and base skill levels he is at 20.27. All star caps at 20-22 so u might not get much more out of him

shit, I hoped to get at least couple of JR since he has it at low level and it should be free and ID pops. he is pretty much useless without more ID.

this is my target. according to calculator i use it would be 6,60 in potential (so mid-level between allstar and per.allstar so maybe I can achieve that
