I think Honesto Caparaz is a very good player, I saw his game against players with his SG-SF position, but i have no idea if he will still have the same game if he will be tested on the same level of opponent. But I admit he will have a chance to the National Team.

for the two of you:

there is any possible that a lower salary player can be a NT roster who posses a good set of skills that is suitable for thier respective position?

I have my own roster in my line up that i would like to evaluate by to of you and this Jess Angelo Placer(12188283)
I would like to evaluate his skills if he is qualified or not inthe roster NT if not, what advice that can you give to improve his skills?

in my first statement my intention in asking that question is to have any hope to other managers who posses a good players but can't recognize because of the high payed player that already in the line up of NT team.

wow ayus un player mo tol....although hindi ako kasali pero IMO scoring 25pts and contributing 13assist in a PPL game means a lot although first game p lng yan pero ok sya :)

Your player Jess Angelo Placer is a great asset to the National Team, In my opinion. But of course I would like to see and evaluate his general skills. But right now I still have no right to see it because of course I'm still not your National Team Manager. What I saw in his game against the PPL league, I think he can have a chance to be a National team player. His contributions in distributing the ball and helping in the defensive end is great help to the team. Its not about salary, its about what he can contribute to the team to win. In my team I have a player with a 5+ k salary but he is a great asset to my team. Thank you also for question. God Bless and good luck to you too!

In my personal opinion using different tactics against every opponent is the best way in dealing with them. It depends on how they play against their old games. Scouting every opponent and every player in their roster in their team is our assignment.

But I usually use man to man defense and on the offensive end is a mix of push the ball, run and gun, low post and look inside tactics. It all depends to who is your opponents habits and players will use. What I like to this buzzerbeater fantasy game is its all about mind game, its like a chess game. And also don't over expect to the manager in his first term, who will win in this election because I think the two frontrunner of this candidates are both first time in this situation, but we will work hard and give our best to the National Team reach our goal, which is the championship! Hope you will vote for right and capable manager that will guide this team to the top. Thank you and God Bless!

If I will win, I will look at the current players skills in the National Team first and then if there is some adjustment to be made I will also tap new players to the National Team, I am now scouting players in the transfer list, there is some players that can help in our team.
And I think one of the player like Musa is about to be drop because he is not versatile enough to be in that position. but no offense to him and to his manager. He is still very good player, but I need a player in his position that posses a skill in jumpshot, outside defense and passing skills.
Strategies and Tactics? Well it depends to the opponent, maybe not the same tactics and strategies.

I think both of your player are capable but first I would like to see their general skills, Its not about their salary its about what they can bring to the table. Good luck to your team and God bless!

To all the voter's, i hope that what i am trying to say to all of you is clear and now you know my plans and my dedication to this national team. i will do my best to accomplish our goal to top.

one of my plan is to us to know and scout our probable opponents in our next game's. now i am scouting some of the players in the national team that we have faced last season. with the like's of rudolph radford (5888983) in the center position of australia, he was against our own center wilmer musa (9640395). in the last international game against australia, musa has no match against radford. while in the earlier matches against iranian center nacer hamour (8939181), musa did preety well. what i have said earlier in my posted messages to all of you, there is the importance of scouting our opponents. so now against the more versatile and skilled player like radford, we must have a player that also have the same skill in our team. so i hope all of you are getting my point, that i will do my best to prepare and guide this national team to get the championship, so i hope in your vote i will be the next gm of this national team

maybe if you just read my message by now you wont see the skills of the players involved in this message. but i just saved their general skills in my opponents list to be scouted. so i hope it will help us to adjust to our tactics plan in the future. (they were in the transfer list earlier)

Hindi ka rin bumanggit ng future ng players natin unlike the other one. Mas ok yung NT manager na may pakialam sa U21 team natin kesa sa nagfofocus lang sa "tactics" sa laro.
