For me....the league average is 556K, I would be willing to take mine up to 750K

He did have HCA and the home team does get calls on fouls and Oishi has like sensational experience(maybe higher, just guessing) which is said to help players take smarter shots...

That was me, a very long time ago.

The computer simulation would take less than seconds, and would be run on servers either at the beginning of the game or just prior. We just view it in "real time". It would probably work backwards, working out which team wins the match-up, by how much... and work out how the game gets there post that.

To think that the game actually occurs on servers as it's played out on our screens is a little naive.

OK...Oishi has good JS and decent JR(over 7)....so think of it like this. You have two dice...one is a 20 sided dice and the other a 12 sided dice. You roll both dice...There is always going to be a chance that the 12 sided dice rolls a higer number than the 20 sided dice. Just like in the GE...those two 3's were just great shots that probably wouldn't have happened 8 out of 10 times, you just got the 2 hits...

I never thought it is simulating live. The question is whether its simulating a game, or just deciding who wins and creating a random script of how based on absolutely nothing real (in terms of matchups etc.).....

but I think ti does actually simulate from the start..now I am thinking somehow Oishi's JR has jumped up 10 points overnight or something.

You can think that. I'd bet you it doesn't tho'. Having had experience with a similar game as one of the mods (not involved in design/creation - but fully aware of how it was done), the way each game is created is probably far different from the way we view it. It'll be raw data first, and a script would probably create the game as we see it, post that. But the data needs to be generated first... in all probability.
