May I suggest starting small?

First of all, it will be nigh on impossible to get everyone to add that much salary, and secondly: if you're wrong? It will destroy a few teams...

For me....the league average is 556K, I would be willing to take mine up to 750K

As a minimum of course - teams would be welcome to have larger salaries!

He did have HCA and the home team does get calls on fouls and Oishi has like sensational experience(maybe higher, just guessing) which is said to help players take smarter shots...

That was me, a very long time ago.

The computer simulation would take less than seconds, and would be run on servers either at the beginning of the game or just prior. We just view it in "real time". It would probably work backwards, working out which team wins the match-up, by how much... and work out how the game gets there post that.

To think that the game actually occurs on servers as it's played out on our screens is a little naive.
