Should include all time greats like NoT and Amp

They are the two teams which collected the most MBBA wins ever, NoT won 461 MBBA games while Ampang Stuporsonics was a winner in 436 MBBA games.

You need at least two seasons to become #2 and 3 almost perfect seasons to become #1... if NoT stays in Div. II which won't happen.
