the main data anomaly with the offsite data is the number of data submissions.
The number of whom have submitted data for tall players (ie: above 7Ft) accounts for about 3% of all data submissions for passing.

Whereas the number of submissions for players under 6'5 accounts for a very large portion - over 60% or thereabouts.

I guess this just highlights why I always a bit sceptical of the numbers from the offsite data. Even the trainer level data is very suss, but that's another discussion altogether!
Unfortunately I don't have statistical data for my personal experiences with big man passing training - I am actually due to do some next season, so ill refresh my memory again with that.

Looking at your differences there, its very small differences - it could be that in actual fact, passing training gets no influence from height at all, and the only differences that people see are from perceived speed differences.

So I think we are basically saying the same thing - data is dodgy or hard to interpret, therefore definitive conclusions are impossible to make.

I can wholeheartedly agree with that, and therefor your personal experiences are pretty valuable. Unfortunately my trainees differ in age too much so it's hard to compare their speed.
