the truth is: we need a whole new staff system asap!!

We want different staff for different teams! And we want to be able to choose (and pay for!) the staff that we want and need! Please, BB's!

I wholeheartedly agree.

Probaly adding more options might help, like 3 coaches to choose from every week and even adding coach options such as offensive/defensive/zone minded coach etc.

I'd suggest more than that. For instance, we have our choice of thousands of players on the transfer list each week. Why not have some variety among staffers, too?

because there's no team who changes his coach every week...

do you prefer to set your coach or Staf for a whole session?

Who said anything about changing Staff every week?

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

What does that have to do with a proposed new Staff system?

For what it's worth, I also don't understand.

i believe he is referring to a post made earlier that suggested that there should be a variety of staffers to choose from every week. he went to the extreme by looking at staffers like a day trader. looking at real life you don't change around staff on a weekly basis nor does it occur often during the season. at least that's what i was reading from it.

i would kind of like it if coaches/trainers were developed like players. from my limited experience in hattrick (which i no longer play) i saw that you could specifically search and get a coach based on preferences. i would suggest a sort of middle ground in which you start out with a coach with a set of skills, much like a drafted rookie. through the course of the season he can be trained in certain areas of coaching allowing players to directly mold the coach they want. it's just a thought i had.
