the truth is: we need a whole new staff system asap!!We want different staff for different teams! And we want to be able to choose (and pay for!) the staff that we want and need! Please, BB's!
Probaly adding more options might help, like 3 coaches to choose from every week and even adding coach options such as offensive/defensive/zone minded coach etc.
because there's no team who changes his coach every week...do you prefer to set your coach or Staf for a whole session?
with the actual staff ways, we can change them every week...who said? noone except the Staff avaible each week...but i didn't see Memphis or raptors or Celtics changing his coach every week...
