I think that the best training that you should do is the one at your trainer. Fire him, at the next possible new stuff update and hire someone more skilled. with this trainer don't expect stat increases soon...

We trained the same last week with level 9 trainer and had no increases. Hope for the next week ...

As long as i only have lvl 1 trainer, what training would be best to undertake?

I have a level 4 trainer and have been training Jump Shot. Two of my guards popped after approximately 3 weeks of training. Hope this info helps. I am now patiently waiting for my 3 other guards to improve before switching. Incidentally both the players (that popped) are aged 21 and 26 respectively.

I think the higher the trainer and the lower of number of people you train , the quicker it pops!

But this is just logical thinking from my part,but who am I?hehe
