Yes, I am running again.

We accomplished the goal of making it to the semifinals this time around, but we failed at the ultimate goal, the championship.

Some people say that Spain having 3 1/2 times the users we do and Italy having about 2 2/3 times more users is a hindrance.

It's not - we play 12 at a time just like them.

My pledge for the upcoming term, should I be elected, is to have efficient communications between not only myself and the owners of the NT candidates, but the rest of the USA community as well.

I will be the first to admit that the communication between myself and the main community was lacking at times this past season, mostly due to outside things happening in my life, but going forward those things are no longer a factor, and I aim to return to the detailed communication of my first term, while also being more communicative on the BB forums for those who choose not to participate in the offsite forum.

We have a fantastic infrastructure set up to easily track players thanks to the incredible efforts of wozzvt, and with beefed up communication we should be all set on the day-to-day management of the player pool.

Tactically, I feel we've made strides in that area, and we've made solid choices throughout. Yes, the failure to recognize that choosing Let Coach Decide when we were using a natural PF/C at SG (Ismael Grubbs) was a negative, but I don't anticipate using that kind of extreme lineup anytime in the near future. I believe that I've chosen some of the best tactical minds in BuzzerBeater to help with the deep game-planning, and as always we would continue to welcome input from all members of the USA community.

Why should you vote for me again?

Simply put, I don't think that there are any viable candidates out there that share my passion for the USA NT, and would put in the intense level of work that I have done over the past 2 terms. Last Monday we were eliminated from the Worlds, and last Tuesday I had scouted the 185 or so players that had been in the USA player pool. Maybe Italy and Spain have more users, but we wont be outworked.

Thank you for your time in reading this, and I hope to have a campaign where we have healthy discussion, and ultimately a winning campaign.

Thanks,

Juice

I am running for office.

I have quietly put together a solid club side, that has somewhat overachieved.

I seem to have a very good feel for the game mechanics, figuring out the glitch about the fast paced games being advantageous (and thus pushing the ball even if i was only a 50-50 chance and not just doing it when i would be a favorite)

I have a proprietary ranking algorithm of players that I think does a very solid job of figuring out who should play where.

I also have a good feel for who should win matches based on ratings and tactics, and adjust accordingly. Simply put, I have gotten the most out of my team, and I could do better for the national team I feel.

I was active on the b-board to some degree offsite, but it was woefully inactive.

JuicePats didnt communicate enough with people, and while he certainly helped found the game and understood tactics too, he didnt seem like an accessible manager.

I will be accessible. I will be entertaining too. Juicepats has done a good job serving. Its time for change though, YES WE CAN!
