This is not a complain or a request to receive more HOF for free, but it looks like for micro or small countries utopía is not helping a lot to get more draft material.

The system should be simplified. If in one particular league, people invest in the draft for the first half of the season, chances increase, otherwise they don't.

Just like real life. Invest in youth, then you have prospects, otherwise you don't.

Sounds interesting but for example in Mexico not all the teams invest in draft so maybe it will result as ther same way than now.

But for leagues more actives it sound interesting

I guess the issue might be the proportion of 10 potential within 5-star potential.
The number of 5-star potentials might not be the problem.

Here are the numbers of 5-star potential (9+10+11) I’ve gathered.
Mexico 21
Spain 376
USA 310
China 191
Uruguay 31
Venezuela 23
Peru 18
Could you help me calculate the percentages of players?

There is the %

Mexico 21 10.24%
Spain 376 10.66%
USA 310 11.83%
China 191 12.27%
Uruguay 31 9.84%
Venezuela 23 11.33%
Peru 18 9.63%

the percentages, even if they look more balanced, still have the same gap, the difference between an MVP and a HOF is immense (without mention potential 11) in terms of NT.

The owners should think about some new system regarding the draft. Spain and Croatia cannot have the same percentage for obtaining a good 10+ potential. Those 5 big nations will always be around, except for a few exceptions. So think, because even utopia doesn't help here.
