Hi.
It is hard to get above 20.000 tickets in total, I have 25.000 and can not fill my arena 100 % "economical".

I would suggest to
- do not build any bleachers
- build more lower tiers, about 3.000 seats
- build more luxury boxes to the maximum.
- adjust bleacher seats as long as you sell these to about 80-90 % (14.500 x 11 = 159.500 €, 15.000 x 10 = 150.000 € just an example).

It all depends on your streaks ... winning and losing. And of course on your opponent, so you may increase the prices for games against rivals or the top seeds of your conference. Of course, increase prices during the playoffs. But, adjust prices smootly!

Shortly before the season break decrease prices to the minimum, this will bring you more seasontickets and after the offseason smoothly (a few €/% daily!) increase them.

PR-manager, TV-station and the arena building itself (possibly merchandising-store too) do all have an effect on your fan-attendance.

When you say you would build more lower tiers, about 3,000 seats, are you saying build them up to 3,000 total, or add 3,000 to what I have now? And thank you very much for the earlier answer. It is greatly appreciated.

If I would have the chance to rebuild my arena, I would go for:

13-14 k bleachers
6-7 k lower tiers
500 courtside
50 boxes

20 k max.
