When your opponent is stronger than you nad you don't want to let him have more possesions, so you play slow offense, which will burn out more time on the clock than a fast paced offense.

I've noticed more turnovers when I run slow tempo. My passing/handling skills aren't great. Improve those skills and you'll have a better FG% and limit opponent attempts. Or so I'm assuming.

No, that's right. Better passing and handling in a slow paced offense leads to better looks, which leads to more shots made.

passing and handling are needed for all paced offenses.
u may find with slow offenses, is that the clock gets wound down closer to expiry and turnovers occur.

I find slower paced offenses will attempt to highlight offenses mismatches, so if you don't have any, you are in trouble. this may also lead to more turnovers.

in general though, because the number of possessions is less - turnovers should also be less.
