GAME 3: JW City Bulls def Home Axis 98-86 (65260966)

This game was semi-competitive with HA going with the Patient v the Bulls’ Run and Gun. SF Mohamad had plenty of ball in this one (49 shots) but could only hit 18 of them. Not bad but not good enough to help Home Axis stop the Bulls who had a 28pt lead going into the final quarter. The Bulls’ bench couldn’t keep the offensive flowing as Home Axis’s starters outscored the Bulls 30-14 to make this game look closer than it was.

GAME 3: Baxter Bogans def Gisborne Gladiators 92-60 (65260972)

Although Bainsy bought in 4 x $100k players prior to this game (and played them) their GS was too bad to make any difference against the Bogans. In the end, the Bogans winning comfortably.

Hard to give votes in this one as lack of minutes meant Bogan players couldn’t get votes. No standout players and had to
look at matchups to decide votes given both teams went with matchup offenses.


GAME 4: The Mighty Oaks def Shepparton shooters 97-61 (65260973)

The shooters were blown away in the first quarter but showed some backbone in the second before succumbing in the second half to too many Oak offensive options. Oaks by 36 points.
