Without knowing the rest of your roster (and you shouldn't post all their skills on the forum anyway), I have to assume that Payton is by far your most talented offensive player. So you probably should run the offense through him, Look Inside or Low Post probably. He can pass a bit, so that helps. If you have lots of good passing, maybe Patient. I'm not familiar enough with Inside Isolation, but that could be an option, too.

Unless you have a team full of above-average passers and shooters at every position, I wouldn't recommend Inside Iso. If the intended player is not able to shoot, he usually passes it back out to the perimeter (if your players can't shoot, then you might rack up a lot of missed threes).

I understand that it's cool to gt a former NBBA player on your team but it's still unnecessary to get a 32 year old 90k player in D.IV.
That being said, this is an obvious question. I didn't look at the rest of your roster but it doesn't matter. You should go with LI to fully maximize your best player.

You guys are right. I put him on the transfer list and plan on building up my stadium first and then get a couple more 20k-30k players.
