Attitude settings don't directly affect foul frequency.

They do, however, affect defense, and some believe that the worst your defense is, the more fouls you will commit.

also, with the renewed game engine, it might be so that if he was behind at the end of the 4th Q, they all started fouling in order to still win.
The important info about when they fouled out is not in the post...
This might not make all players foul out, but it sure might be responsible for a few!

I'm newbie but I came up with this theory too. One of my otherwise best players (SG) has atrocious OD & awful ID. In his 4 games so far:
- 6 fouls in 30 minutes
- 6 in 12
- 4 in 18
- 5 in 29

Another with atrocius OD & inept ID: 0 in 9 and 6 in 16

Ed. Though I don't believe it's as simple as that. I'd rather expect some realtive formula, like OD bad compared to opposing player's DR/OS leads to more fouls.
