First look at record, then look at PD, then look at any walkovers. Your opponent will get Home court.

walkover are considered before the point difference, but else it is right :)

The final standing is just important for relegation games.

I have better record than the team in the other conference, but I have ! walkover, so I should still have homecourt in the Finals?

If you make it to the finals you will have Home Court Advantage. However, in your semi final match you do not have Home Court Advantage.
