Quite a bad deal :).
You cannot train him efficient because of his age and is not such a good player either.

Instead of him you could better bought a 18/19 years old with similar skills wich is more more efficient to train.

he is not too good i aggre .. wuite bad deal! but dont worry ! you spend only 47k! you can sell him for 20-30k and you will have totally lose 10-20k :D!
