It took you two seasons to get the core skills to respectable? I'd stop training them now and find better trainees.

Does anyone know how much more slowly a 24 year old will train than an 18 year old?

If I had a really old player say 30, is it still possible to train him and get some results? If he was the best player on the team it may still be worth it even if he trains at 1/4 speed.
