Listed position doesn't affect any in game actions its more a display feature that gives u an idea what position the players skills best suit. Players need to get game time in the position/s being trained to get training. With full training occuring when a player gets at least 48 minutes game time in those position/s for the week. If a listed SG and a listed PF both got 48+ minutes at PF/C and u decided to do IS training for PF/C they would both get full training. Although if i assume the SG is shorter he would get less efficient training purely because he is shorter not because of his listed position.

Okay, so no need to worry about positions. That's useful then. But what if a player doesn't play at all in a week? The manual says he'll still get some training - what will the amount of training depend on if not listed position?

If a player doesn't play AT ALL in a week... then the player's Game Shape will drop significantly and he definitely WILL NOT train.

Hope this Helped :)

unless you are training free throws, stamina or game shape. In those cases, your players will get the training regardless of minutes played.

Oh...I thought the manual said players receive training as a combination of games and practice. Anyway, I must have misinterpreted.

Thanks for the help guys.
