I have no data of the training exception before the Transfer, but whatever is gained by training after the player returns counts towards luxury tax / training exception.

So merchandise wies and (if there is an effect) possibly attendance the player counts as „homegrown“.

A question about a second team. Do you also get a high potential, good stats 18/19 year old player like when you do when you sign up for this game? Or is that only for nee players having their first team?
