The one thing I agree about Splitter is that if he came to the NBA earlier in his career, he would probably be the best player to come out of South America. He's what? 25, 26? Not bashing though, I've seen his numbers and for a player who plays an average 10mpg, 4ppg and 2rpg is not that bad. Just, if he was younger he could've had a bigger gain in terms of experience and a bigger development than right now

Hell,no.In all the years spent in Europe he is improved technically in a way that he could never do in NBA,because there is very few time for training and for technical improvements in Nba because there is a game every 2-3 days.He suffer this season because he has to adapt to the NBA style of play(and to the refrees),but he is improving as the season goes on,and I will not be surprised if he'll do good thing in the playoffs

I think Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf deserves a mention for JS/JR Enjoy:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e93l5so7f9s

If BB didn't actually counted height for inside skills so we could consider rebounding purely as a skill (with physical attribues counted separately in the engine) Kevin Love should be considered fro rebounding (sooner or later). Even with physical attributes alrady counted into dsiplayed skill he would be pretty high among rebounders.

ginobili- 17055 nba regular season minutes 3651 Playoff minutes

Shaq- 41912 nba regular season minutes 8087 playoff minutes

Even with a big edge in NT minutes, the 30000 (29239 to be exact) extra minutes playing in the best league in the world gives the nod to Shaq for me. Manu played pro in Italy and Argentina I believe, but that's about the same as playing in NCAA d.1 (or was back in the late 80s early 90s).

Just my opinion.

Everyone forgets JOHN PAXSON....who? John Paxson. He played with the Bulls under number 5 and shot them 3 times into the play offs while everyone was looking at Michael Jordan.....
