I admire your determination
OD is severly overtrained and JR 9 or 11 doesn't make a lot of difference - at least I see it this way. Passing and Driving are two of best weapons against high OD, especially on PG.
JS 16, JR 8 and PA 15? Whoa, hell of a player. To be honest though, I like PGs with DR and PA higher for at least two level-ups than JS (for U21, NT is a different story).
