He was playing against fairly low level opposition. Still, hope he can develop. Pity he's only 'star' level, but I figure that'll do for me for now.

Yes, a star is sufficient for this league and maybe backup in JBBL. If the star is balanced initially and later on trained to be well rounded, he'll be a beast. I have a starter and personally I think he's pretty good. He's also joined the U21.

Koshin would have been an excellent fit for us but we missed the end of the auction. The player we sold Yasushi Yokoyama had atrocious OD and it was just too awful to consider an entire season of OD training just to get him to respectable.

Masamitsu Echi is far from perfect but he is 18 and a perennial allstar and that gives us a good range of trainees to use each week, Daisaku (20) for the hard game, Konoe (19) for the medium game and Echi (18) for the easy or impossible game.

Daisaku is actually a good player. We saw a player on the U21 team for sale and Daisaku was nearly just as good a he was so he must be fairly sure of an U21 spot next season.

It is very hard to find a good Japanese trainee but now we have our three lined up and when we start on 1on1 once we have enough OD we can add Kinjo, Ushio and 1 more player back into the rotation very easily.

Daisaku, is one of the top 2 to 3 prospects in waiting, so I'm expecting him to be a big contributor on the team next season..... So, keep that training going.

Thank you. this is what I need.
I can see the average roster is only 450k. that's not a very big roster to stay afloat in JBBL. it might be possible to have a solid plan for this.
