I got a dumb pop.... (im happy about it though.)
I trained passing for PG, and I got a driving pop. They dont have much in common.

That's a normal secondary training event. Not the new cross training.

Pressure training has always trained inside defense at a slow, but steady, rate. Something like 0.13 per training week.

oh wow i never knew that but anyways i did get a pop in jump shot my 1st week while training pressure aswell
