In our comunity we somehow support any NT coach no matter if you like him or no (no sabotages)so for us we try to get as many NT players as possible to our country so we know they are in reliable hands. So yes it is good to have players at home. What else, i d try to exchange few bbmails with owner and explain him that for 200k player he recieves about 50k on merchandise if he plays in game so if he is in good shape. Than at start of tournament i would only recruit players with good game shape max 9. I wouldnt recruit 300k players at all, only if big need with game shape 8-9 (i believe monsters aint the key to succes anyway). So recruit wisely. And last i would run supp contest in which you get points for game shape levels so this would force those managers who wants to win it keep shape high.
