damn i never checked if any of them are on bot teams. i'll check this tommorrow.

Based on what people have volunteered for so far, I've thrown together some basic scouting assignments. In general, feel free to scout anything that hasn't been done yet (and just announce you're working on it as you begin scouting to prevent overlap).

How are you getting so many in D.IV?

IV.23- none again

IV.24-and again

The higher in D.IV you get, the more bot teams there are, so there are less prospects. So, IV.1 and IV.2 will have more human controlled teams and therefore more prospects than IV.63 and IV.64

It looks like divison IV is running out of populated leagues earlier than previous seasons (which makes sense, as the user total in Canada is slightly lower right now than at draft time in recent seasons).

I think I'll do IV.25 - IV.60 now, and slog through all of the mostly empty leagues and see what's in there.
