hard to turn big man with no outside skills into SF. Took me over one season to raise Emerson's each outside skill at least to average (except OD). I still think its worth it, and I will still do some outside training, but if you want him to be SF, that probably cuts his chances to make U21 to minimum

I'd like to think my guy Thomas Simmons will make the team as a SF. Your guy has better height than him, and my guys has to have way better outside skills than him. Maybe stay as a big man, but at the same time I've always liked big tall SF's that can defend on the outside. Very tough call on how to build him. It has to depend on what other aspects and players that you are training and keep him going in that direction.

I've got 2 other guards that I've been training for awhile so my guy Thomas Simmons is being trained as a guard... He's gonna be like a Point Forward or something... We'll see lol.

Always nice to see some guys come out of the wood work. Whatever is the best for Canada is all I care about.

I have him gotten my request from the under 21 coach and I have another player who might also be part of this team as a 21 year old. I am going in the direction that the coach wants I trust him as he knows a lot about this game. He also has been nothing but helpful in the past.
