What we were saying was we're only going to elect a NT manager that's from the Macau league.

It is worth to vote for those who already have experience in the BB. I have experience and I know how to make staff better. At the beginning I would like to train young people, and I would like someone to take my team to some young players for training because I have a coach with a high level and I know how they train. I count on every vote! You better vote for me.

Let's not turn this into a xenophobic issue: the elections are available for everyone to participate, and all the candidates are vote worthy, regardless of their nationality.

Edit: just as Macanese managers are allowed to be other nation's coaches or scouts.

Hi,

My name is Alex from Singapore. I'm 28, and currently a basketball coaching staff in my basketball team. So at least i will have numerous of experience on how to run a team, especially from the scratch. That's why I'm interested to run a NT Team. Although Macau is a new country and lots of new player, i'm ready to try my best to find the best talent out there !!

请多多指教!

Cheers

Alex Too

战绩先系俱乐部既命根,为何要强求要训练澳门球员呢?

This is not a xenophobic (difficult word >.>) issue. We know that other country manager think Macau NT is easy job to get...and we also know that it is not good job. So...very good, top-level manager from other country does not want this job.

The people that want this job are the people who are not good enough to manage the big country or their own country. So...we think that one of our own people can do this just as well and we can all learn more about how the NT works. It is best if someone in our country can understand these things so that in the future we can have more knowledge!!

I hope you can understand...Macau people are not scared of foreigners. Come to Macau sometime and you can see that the whole world come together here.

十二旅, 吉吉, melon milk, 東京湘北, 我很欣賞你們. 讓我們共同努力,創造更美好的澳門隊.
即使我輸了投票, 我很高興看到澳門人一條心.

It's not xenophobic. It's about trust. Imagine you get your first job and have your first ever pay. Then on pay day some stranger just turns up and say he'll manage your money for you, he had lots of experience on managing money, etc. Would you trust that guy with your money?

We are a little league electing our first NT manager and all of a sudden people from no where just turns up and say they can do a good job. I'm sure most of them (inc. yourself) are of good intention and are wanting to help but there are also many who just want to screw around, perhaps just give up and bugger off when the team is not doing well (bear in mind once we elected someone it's for 2 seasons). Therefore I would say we would rather have a manager from the macau league who had been in the league for a while and that we can trust that he/she is committed and won't just close the account when things don't go well.

There's nothing against foreigners.

I fully understand your fear, but that happens on almost every country really. My point was: let them all run for the elections, say what they want. Express your will with the votes, that's the best answer you can give.

And I might accept your invitation: although I've never been there, I'm familiar with Macau's history of multiculturalism :)
