i think some of the managers concern here is not whether you are capable or not.it's just that we do not know you enough to give our trust in handling our NT, no offense intended...

In some matches, I went into the chat. It was strange for me that in U-21 semifinals (I would say the most important national match for this season) I only found another supporter. I hope this will change as community grows.

although we are concern about the u21 and nt matches we don't and can't in one way or the other able to watch their games.i think its a reflection of how big of confidence that we are giving to the manager (example here is our u21).i would suggest you try go on the philippine chat during league games/cup/sc you will see a lot of managers not only watching their games but also discussing the previous matches on the NT/U21 games and maybe we can have a nice discussion about anything about bb... :L)

Now that most of you already voted...

@iking : The agency theory sounds appropriate, but I think it has nothing to do with local managers or those who aren't. I am BB supporter, so I give a little money in exchange of fun, and being a proud manager of my team. I suppose it is something similar when you are a NT coach : I can't think of anything better than when you know you did your best. Anyway it will be nice to hear about that "sufficient something"! (just joking) :-P

GM-Devastator: I agree completely with cezzz16 : it is an unfair situation for those countries who had had less seasons to train a good number of players. It changed for a while for some of them when we got the new potentials, and certainly it is not a problem for U-21 teams, as they get renewed every year. So it will be difficult for this country to have such a good team for the NT as this year's U-21, compared to other countries (of course, I would also give a great merit to current staff, I just say that the NT will have a bigger disadvantage on this point).

Anyway, about translating that success to NT. When I sold my Spanish NT player, I made sure that he got into one of the best teams : good doctor, good trainer (and training), Spanish team...
So, there are a lot of things to be done. First, of course, scouting. Then, advicing about proper training. But something important too : findind proper teams for those players which cannot be kept by their teams because of their salary.

@ Don Manoah : Of course, I don't find any offense on that. I understand anyone may doubt about the capabilities of other manager, no matter how much you know about him / her. Even more, when he is a foreigner, and of course, as you don't have a reliable source. Again, no offence : feel free to make any comment now or after the election ;-)

May the NT begin this season as good as possible!

if you vote bb-charles for our nt, then i would not,, i would rather vote jsmoove for NT even he is not candidate,, ^^

just kidding>>> ----___----

does any one of our local candidate is not capable of doing right things about the success of NT?

i think it could be better if the foreigner will going to be a scout first before he is going to be the NT coach,, to observe him,, i not telling he is not best, he could be the best but our trust must be the first priority. how can we trust him? by observing him, how can we observe him? by joining in nt as scout,, or may be a mentor..

in order to get the highest position, start first to the lower position, then to the middle,,

capability is not enough when trust is ignore,,

may the best man handsome, ai win pala, hehe
