I believe the 2-3 weeks makes more sense if you will have it ready anyways... While the draft is the main event, it is useful during the rest of the season as well.

Having not used the NTSO before (I use the NT Scout program), does this just provide a list of the eligible players or does it show skills of those players as well?

I agree, but if it’s a tool just for NT managers I wasn’t sure if it showed them or not rather than having to call a player up in order to obtain their skills.

Would save a lot of time if it did show the skills, but would be easy to abuse.

That sounds wonderful! It would be good to have access to such lists here in Buzzerbeater. From my point of view, such lists serve primarily to find out which players a nation has at all.

The visibility of the skills should rather be possible only after the U21 or NT has nominated the player.

One more question: Will such lists also be exportable? csv.file? Or at least so that you can export in the BB forum? with appropriate BB codes like [*player=XXX] etc....?
