No doubt! One position training, most of the time?

All the time unless it's time for a JS rotation. Hands down best way to train.

PG training with level 5 coach..this season I'm doing only OD (1-position) and JS (2-position) training because of the request from u-21 coach..

1. 19 years old, 6'1", 11 pops, 4 JS, 1 JR, 3 OD, 1 HA, 1 DR, 1 ID
2. 19 years old, 6'4", 7 pops, 3 JS, 1 JR, 1 OD, 1 HA, 1 DR (this player missed some trainings, though)
3. 21 years old, 6'1", 6 pops, 3 JS, 1 JR, 2 OD

player number 1 shows a great progress in my opinion..his height is perfect and his skills are much more balanced than the other two trainees..the other two trainees have only mediocre/average JR, which is 6/7 levels lower than their JS and OD..while this guy

player number 2 missed some trainings and his height also makes the OD training slower..

player number 3's JS and OD are 3-4 levels higher than the rest of the skills and it also slows down training, other than his age..

How do you know the initial sublevel of a skill? If I'm training a 19 years old trainee with 2 position training-PG/SG , how much will his skill increase per week?( as in sub level)
thank you.

I assume all sublevels are at zero initially. That way i can't be disappointed. If a player pops earlier than expected then i reset that sublevel to 0. Use the training speed analysis to estimate sublevels. 1 divided by the number of weeks is the amount trained.

Hey fishy.

I use a level 5 trainer, and had the following pops. (One position for all single position trainable skills)

21 yo 6'8" 12 pops. 2 JS, 1 JR, 3 OD, 2 Handling, 1 DR, 2 Passing, 1 ID
18 yo 6'2" 13 pops. 3 JS, 1 JR, 4 OD, 2 Handling, 1 DR, 1 Passing, 1 ID
