Even though he is currently better than the SFs on the team, I don't see them calling him up because we are still undefeated and there is no reason to call him up. Doesn't bringing up a player also drop enthusiasm a bit as well? I can't quite remember how that works. Also, considering the two other SFs on the team are owned by American managers, they would be quit upset if they brought up a different player, when they are both maintaining their players game shape well and there is no real reason to bring up another player. I don't see it happening.

Dropping a player brings enthusiasm down calling up does not affect it

Daniel Juárez
2013.06.10: Game_Shape from 8 to 7
2013.06.21: Game_Shape from 7 to 6
2013.06.28: Game_Shape from 6 to 8
2013.07.12: Game_Shape from 8 to 9
2013.07.19: Game_Shape from 9 to 7
2013.08.02: Game_Shape from 7 to 9

weeks in 9 GS: 2
weeks in 8 GS: 2
weeks in 7 GS: 4
weeks in 6 GS: 1

Not to pick on Pretolers Team too much, but he has put himself out here in public so here's a teachable moment for anyone who wants to have a player on the U21 team: Players need to be in reliable GS to be on the team. In Danny's case, two weeks in 9 GS all season does not a reliable player make. For comparison the two SFs on the team have not been below 8 GS once this season. That's why they're on the team and Mr. Juarez ain't.

ah cool. Thanks for the correction. Bottom line is that the U21 team doesn't need him and the current SFs have proven to be more reliable and they can get the job done. +1 for the knowledge.

Juarez is not in U21 this season so I don't really care about his game shape. My first goal is to train him well,
It would have been a different story if he had been selected in the team early in the season.

I put his skills here just to show his progress, get advice if needs be :)

Then how is he going to make the team in poor GS. It would have been a different story if he had been in good GS all season

Fewmit was clear enough with me, Juarez will never make it in U21... so why take care of his game shape ?!?

I think we'll be fine without him, so if you need to risk his game shape in order to train him however you plan, then I don't think it'll be a problem. Overall, he's a long term NT prospect so doing whatever it takes to get him on the NT eventually should be the plan right now.

If fewmit says you are good then yea focus on training. Juarez is a great prospect for the NT in the future, good work training him

I think you are doing a fabulous job with him! Keep it up! His potential is very nice and I could see him becoming an NT SF in the future. I don't think you need advice, because honestly you have created the best SF that I've seen in awhile. Anyways, nice job!
