Haha, he might have a chance to challenge league 2.3 for promotion. But If he only have intention just to challenge only for SG cup, he might make a bad mistake.

Haha, afford or not is another matter, is about earning amount per week in league 2, because to stay in SbBL is a tough job, need alot fund to rebuild n purchase strong players, I'm also struggling in SbBL. Haha.
