I think that tracking young players is necessary. If some good young players are sold or in a new team...We must urged thier new managers to train them....Whether the player come from a farm team or an authentic team...Because farm can not stop......So that we can have more good players in NT.

Yeah....they are not so good players....I think that good young player is few in Japan...These two players are valuable for Japan...If someone can train them until they become 25 old.

Not trying to be rude but you have this player on your team and you are not training him...
Why?

I spent 20K to buy him when he is 20 years old and his salary is only 3K...I think that his value is not high..So I am not training him.I just want to buy a Japanese player to play friendlies or BOT.
if necessary,I can sell him immediately..

I think it is great that you are helping out new teams keep up the good work & even if these players aren't good enough for NT duty they are still good for their teams to train as they get a big merchandising benefit from training their own players. Well done.

It is so sad to see aisteru.4ever quitting. 4th oldest team. 5th highest salary. 3rd in the Big8. That is a massive hole. Have a look at the current salaries.

I feel very happy about my team right now. Just lost my B3 game by 2 points against a team with 2 x $200,000 players & about $800,000 in total. If Oleg P was still on my team I would have won easily. Obviously I overpaid for Eita Wakatsuki but he is better than any of my other big men already & has 6 skills at sensational or more so is well balanced. Really loving him right now while Ichiro Nishimura continues to disappoint.
I think everyone needs to watch out for Northern Kyushu Ramen Kings, they are making $250,000 a week like me but they don't throw away fortunes on players that aren't worth it. I have nearly $5,000,000 in the bank while making all these bad moves, they must have a lot more.
