ok guys i have a problem...
is it wrong of me to keep arc? even though i said he wont leave, i think he might soon
i see the top teams who would love him! and they could really look after him
if i sold my man got a lot of money would it be the right thing for australia?'
i do think he will cost too much and think theres no point training him if i wont keep him anyway.
soooo
should i sell to a more worthy manager or what?
i really want to look after him and make him reach the maximum potential he can but his salary will be too much
i need some advice D:

Sell him, its part of the game to develop your team and move them on because we cannot justify large salaries at this level.

Besides just having just one good player will not get you to move up grades.

use the benefits to improve your team and invest in other aspects (arena)

Hey mate, sorry meant to reply to your other comment. I'd probably agree with that decision based on your current position. As great as it is having a monster like Arcuato he's not really doing you any favours in the long run.

With the money you make you could probably recreate your entire starting line up which would make you a lot more competitive. Having a more well rounded team is definitely better than having one, super expensive superstar.

Perhaps don't buy too older players as this may get you up but won't help to keep you there. Always good to have a couple of worthy young trainees. Perhas a combination of PG/SG or PF/C so that they can be trained together. Then purchase veteran aged players outside these positions. I'd take the time to consider what type of team you want to run and then build specifically to that. ;-)

I'd enjoy the season with him in the U/21 squad as that opportunity doesn't come around often. Train the crap out of him so next season (or this season's end) he's maxed out as much as possible. You want him to sell for as much as possible to get the full benefit out of the sale.

The start of the season is definitely not the best time to sell, as all the rookies will be about then. Best either mid season (as ppl are looking to pick up in time for finals) or just before they age imo.

It's not too bad an idea keeping him, he'll prolly cap out around 100k, so if you can remain competitive with him in your squad, it's worth keeping.

You just need to budget accordingly.

doesnt matter, 60k is a big hit. if u just enjoy training superstars then i guess that will suffice ur BB needs. If u plan it out right, you may have 10 week of training on guard skills. I'd say work out how many pops you need, then work out how many position can u afford to train, then go get ur trainees.... train them up until u get to week 10, sell all of ur trainees and hired center, put arcuator back in C for play off. this way ur also competitive and financially stable
