Need Help! Im upset with the performance of my player bcuz he shoots less than 30% in 3 point percentage . he have a sensational jump range and jump shot. how come he has that %?

His handling is prolific but he avErage offensive flow of my team is inept to mediocre

This is my second time in BB and I want to know about training. I went inactive after season24. Exactly how much did training change since season 24? I see the different options and I'm feeling unsure about the knowledge I had gather earlier. The amount of players you train still reduces the percentage of the pop right? Does the ones in black result in full training like OD for PG and OD for PG/SG as the same? I'm pretty sure it doesn't but how did they change it is what I'm asking?

If players manager retires or get bankrupted (= players team: "Retired"), how long it will take for the player to come available to the transfer list? I've heard that only players with salary over 10k will be in the transfer list, but I've no idea how long it will take?
