I don't think that would be fair at all. Just think about it, why would a small country need 10 times more trainees, when there's noone there to train them? Everything is proportionate. Big countries have so many trainees only because there are so many users there. I don't think there is any injustice here.

An equal spread of trainees between all countries might be ok, but definitely not higher number for smaller nations.

This was only a distribution, you've 4800 utopian draftees (ext), i think a small country draftee can increase the "training project" (if potential allows it) because can be easier, for that player, reach U21 or NT. I dislike the concept of "Italy to Italians, Spain to Spanish"... and so on, so for me is senseless the link users=trainers. If you do not invest in some things, you can have lots of people but you still remains mediocre in that things (f.e. Usa and soccer). This "distribution" should be a kind of investment, so Utopia opens basketschools in every country and ...

but this is only my POV, i had the same when the choice was 2nd team in other countries or in Utopia.

I like that idea. As long as people could see a merch boost from U21/NT play from their trainees I would be for it.

Its not about getting rich but being equitable. Utopia users are paying for an experience and trainees that have a disadvantage over the trainees that they can draft on their regular teams.

Getting a trainee that cannot do something another trainee can do is definitely a disadvantage.

I still don't understand. I, first of all, train for my team, then, if possible, i train for my U21/NT. For sure, training for my team isflexible and easier than keep an U21 player in roster ( less GS issue, less monoskill-primaries trainings and so on).

Then, being a first level U21 NT player (Italy/Spain/Russia/Poland for example) is very hard. Utopia should be considered at same level.
I'm managing Indonesia, and scouting ITA, at the start of 21yo season there are from 5 to 10 less levels in primaries. And indonesia was 14th in ranking, now is 25th... still very hard.

Another thing is: Utopia was added because local managers didn't want foreign users. That time BBs listen all and now try to add a NT in a "not-local and meltin pot" country? Very un-linear way to reason.
