About tactics....would you say that you are a LI guy?

Obviously ;-)
When I was NT coach in Poland and I won WC in whole cadency I played 27 competition matches. And I used LI only 3 times ;-)
However I used LI in WC semifinal and final. But I did it only because I don't want that somebody will say in future that I have weak tactical knowledge and I don't know that LI is the best tactic ;-) Therefore I used it in great final ;-) In semifinal I used LI to test how it works ;-)

researching your team....these are you season 20 break down.. Offense: Look Inside 11, Motion 8, Base Offense 5, Patient 5, Push the Ball 3.......it seems like you mix it up a bit.

In last season I played only for fun. Because I train two future U21 players (all of them are born in my club, it isn't easy to create NT/U21 player in country with 3-4k users and it isn't easy to train 18 and 20yo player in 2nd division in Poland). I used tactic dependly on which guy I trained in match. I played 13 matches to win in reagular season and 9 only to train, I won 12 matches played to win and lost all matches played to train.

Sorry man, I think you aren't Japanese because I always considered Japanese as kind people with great culture and respect for others.
So you have no reason to blame me bacause I don't came from Japan.

Your opinion about polish NT is completely wrong. What's wrong with this (9656006) player? He has one of the highest salary in our NT. Why do you think that similar players will not work in Japan?

Now you want to teach me how potential cap works? The best calculator of potential is made by me (Yellow Cake mentioned it in this thread).
Players are players, in Japan NT I will have worse players than in Poland NT and better than in my club. It's no problem for me.
I helped our U21 and skills of U21 players were different too. I set lineup in 5th division, in 4th division, in 3rd division, in 2nd division, in 1st division, and NT, and I helped to set lineup in U21 and B3.
So it is no problem for me to work with players with different skills and potentials.

How to fix Rakus to work for a domestic team, not an NT, lower his primaries. I would say just lower IS, about 4 or 5 clicks, salary goes down to about 150k. Raise JR, OD and PA....assuming its level 7 trainer single posotion from age 18 and started with like 60ish skillpoints....

Sorry, this quote indicates that you have no knowledge about NT. Primaries are important, we don't need players, who have all skills = 12-13. Salary = 230k is acceptable for competitive club (if it's acceptable in Poland it should be acceptable in Japan even more, because competition in Poland is harder).
Rakus wasn't trained by level 7 trainer he hadn't 60 skill points at beginning.

Hey... guys... come on. I think debate's good n' healthy - but can we leave the bickering out of it?

You both have a beef with each other - and that's entirely fine. But maybe this isn't the place to air it? Just a thought...

If you don't see simple things... I don't attack you but you do it again and again. Stop it. Go away!

Domestic competition? I didn't join to elections for domestic competition coach. I joined to elections for NT coach. So all your arguments about domestic competitions are out of case.

Yes, please imagine weak managers exists in Japan. They exist in Poland, they exist in other countries and they exist in Japan as well.

I read your speech and resume & was impressed. I was thinking this will be a hard choice. After reading this "debate" I am now full of worries if I voted for you. But a question to both candidates. If I vote for you what will you do to help young players like my 22 year old TK prepare for a a possible future spot on the Nippon team?

Sorry LT, I had stopped reading this thread due to the bickering and missed your question.

I can definitely give you a development plan that will get him on the team. He's not too far now but it will take another season or so to get him there. We'll need to be careful how we build him since he's just a Superstar but we have 3 other superstar guards on the team. We can at least get Kawagichi to be a better version of those guys.

The question I would be asking to B.B. King is why he chose to run in Japan.

I don't know about Wolph's theories that he wants to sabotage our team. But it does seem a bit strange for him to choose to come manage our team. The only reason I can come up with is that it has something to do with an argument with Wolph. Probably Wolph was running his mouth about how B.B. King isn't really so great so B.B. King decided to come manage in Wolph's backyard to annoy the hell out of Wolph.

I'm sure that B.B King is a great manager but is this the reason we want someone managing our team?
