there are like 2 teams in my conference who have like atleast 5 players over 20k when I only have one guy
You've gotta remember that salary doesn't equate to success. Even in DIV, a lot of those high salaried players have jacked salaries because of their JS and JR, with little in the way of OD or anything else. They're completely worthless. Find some guards that can defend and pass, you should be fine with the post players you have.
If you're really worried about the teams in your league, use the Matchup Scout on the USA offsite forum. That will tell you what kind of ratings your team will need to compete with in your league
Im scared my teams not good enough, I have to manage everything perfectly to have a shot at the finals.
Who says you have to promote in one season? Focus on training and arena expansion this season and avoid relegation. Your team is definitely better than most DV promotees.
