His IS/ID are fine, but his OD and PA could be better. And I see you're already training that low HA.

I have a question that I need to know for the future: What do you guys consider the bare minimum level of OD for a guard to be let into the U-21 team?

Well considering his player would have been the starting SF for our U21 team except his game shape wasn't maintained the best, yup, he's pretty good.

Hes proficient now. If he can keep it up, a callup could/should be in his near future.

Even though he is currently better than the SFs on the team, I don't see them calling him up because we are still undefeated and there is no reason to call him up. Doesn't bringing up a player also drop enthusiasm a bit as well? I can't quite remember how that works. Also, considering the two other SFs on the team are owned by American managers, they would be quit upset if they brought up a different player, when they are both maintaining their players game shape well and there is no real reason to bring up another player. I don't see it happening.
